O’Neal Construction was the General Contractor for a 9-story 32 unit luxury condominium with 28,000 square feet of office space on the lower levels and parking under the building. The building is on Huron Street in downtown Ann Arbor with a very tight site. Material storage and staging had to be done off site and organized well in advance to keep the progress on schedule. It was this building that helped us become storm water management experts. The City of Ann Arbor has strict laws regarding design and construction for storm water management. This site required special underground piping for retention and detention.
