O’Neal is the construction manager for a new Residence Inn in downtown Ann Arbor, at the corner of W. Huron St. and N. Ashley.  Designed for long term stays, the hotel includes a mixture of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom suites.  The building will feature a retail/restaurant space with W. Huron St. frontage and an indoor swimming pool at the inner courtyard.  The historic south façade of the Greyhound Bus station previously located on the site is being preserved and will be incorporated into the new building’s W. Huron St. façade.
