O’Neal Construction provided Construction Management Services for the construction of over 76,500 square feet of residential living space on Main Street in Downtown Ann Arbor. The development is one city block wide, has five different buildings and was phased to allow occupancy of the completed units before the entire project was complete. The development consists of 47 brownstone condominiums, primarily three stories, with individual parking garages under the unit. Several units meet the guidelines for the City’s Affordable Housing Requirements.
