Foundry Lofts is a 14-story apartment building located in downtown Ann Arbor.  The project includes an underground parking garage, ground level retail, amenities for residents on the lower floors and 210 units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms.  The building structure consists of post-tensioned concrete.  The building exterior will be clad in a glazed brick veneer in a variety of colors punctuated with horizontal steel channels to define each floor.
