Two separate buildings connected to accommodate new construction for one tenant. Utilities had to be rerouted and connectors built. The building brick/block will be stained to update the façade and have multiple existing windows and doors reworked to gain more natural lighting into the finished space. As part of the construction phasing an interior courtyard and a multitude of site improvements will be completed for staff to utilize once occupied.
