The Davidson-Gerson Modern Glass Gallery at the Henry Ford won Honor Awards at both the AIA Huron Valley Chapter and AIA Detroit Chapter Award presentations.
The effort included a contemporary glass entry vestibule for a starkly contrasting addition to a historic brick industrial building. The architect was Quinn Evans in partnership with James Carpenter Design Associates (JCDA) from New York City. The fabricators for metal and glass were TriPyramid Structures, Inc. of Westford, Massachusetts, and Glasco Corporation of Detroit.
