The Masco R&D project included major renovations to office space, laboratories, restrooms, kitchenette/breakroom and exterior façade. This project also included a complete roof replacement and complete electrical service replacement. The facility remained fully occupied and operational during the entirety of the project, including sensitive labs located immediately adjacent to construction renovations.
